We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The return request is raised within 7 days of receiving the order
  • The item is unused and in its original condition

Note: All products are made-to-order, so returns are limited to defective or incorrect items only.

2. Return Timeframe

You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

For damaged or defective items, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence.

3. Non-Returnable Items

As our products are made-to-order (print-on-demand), we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Sale items or gift cards

All products are made-to-order, so returns are only accepted for defective or incorrect items.

4. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If you are eligible, we will arrange a replacement for the same product.

5. Refund Process

Once your return request is received and approved:

  • We will initiate a refund to your original payment method
  • You will be notified once the refund has been processed

6. Refund Timing

Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the amount in your account.

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return or replacement cost

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:
